Pool fence installations & repairs across Brisbane’s western suburbs
Selling or leasing a property with a pool? You'll need a pool safety certificate. Our sister company, Brisbane Pool Inspections, inspects and certifies pool barriers right across Brisbane – and because we're pool fencing specialists, anything that needs fixing can usually be sorted on the spot.

A pool safety certificate (Form 23) shows that your pool barrier meets Queensland's pool safety standard. Certificates are issued by licensed pool safety inspectors after an inspection of the fence, gates, latches and the area around the pool.
You'll need one when you sell or lease a property with a pool. A certificate lasts two years for a pool that isn't shared, or one year for a shared pool, such as in a unit complex.
Selling without a certificate? There are rules about telling the buyer. Your inspector will explain the options so there are no surprises at settlement.
Request an inspection online with Brisbane Pool Inspections or give us a call. You'll get a checklist beforehand, so you can check the basics before we arrive.
A licensed inspector checks your fence, gates, latches and climbable zones against Queensland pool safety rules.
If everything complies, you'll receive your pool safety certificate. If not, you'll get a notice explaining exactly what needs fixing.
If anything needs fixing, we carry out the repairs and do the final inspection straight afterwards, so your certificate can be issued.
Most pools that fail an inspection fail on something small – a gate that doesn't latch, or something climbable too close to the fence. Because we install and repair pool fences every day, we can usually fix it while we're there.
A sticky gate or a damaged panel is more than an eyesore – it can leave your pool unsafe and non-compliant. Tell us what's going on and we'll get it fixed quickly.
